M Pilates+Yoga classes improve physical strength, coordination, fitness, endurance and flexibility.  The main focus of our classes is to strengthen deep abdominal, hip and back muscles with emphasis on proper spine and hip alignment. Whatever your interest, our  classes are great for everyone; beginners, new moms, pre-natal women or fit and fabulous individuals. 



As an athlete, you always want to achieve your personal best. Pilates exercises can help you improve performance by developing body awareness, working on alignment and correcting muscle imbalances. Pilates offers the mind-body approach needed when playing golf or any other sport. Our program focuses on strength, flexibility and power.


Wellness Coaching

We do not dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
